Well it has been a long time that I have been away from this site. Not to worry, I have not been away from my Qi Gong 18 Style daily practice. This practice is very important to me and I can not begin to tell you how Blessed I am to have found it in 1993. Simply do the Ritual every day and Live Well.

Here are three things you can do to help pass the time, be productive and improve your physical, mental and emotional health.

Use this time to: 

REST, Yes, Rest will rejuvenate your body. We do repair and heal our bodies as we sleep. REFLECT (meditate) on all of the Good you have in your life. Keep your focus on the Good  Feelings you find in your mind. Enjoy the Good.
