Qi Gong 18 Style has been my habit for the past 24 years. QI Gong has kept me Flexible. Qi Gong has Relaxed me. Qi Gong has Built Muscle. Qi Gong has Mellowed me. Qi Gong has Cured my Bad Back. Qi Gong Eliminated my TMJ. The list goes on and on and on. Qi Gong has helped me with so much that I am actually afraid to quit the practice because I do not know what might happen to me.
The Practice came in to my life not by design. It was a part of a class I had enrolled in back in 1992. I had only heard of Qi Gong a couple of times prior to discovering the Ritual. The first time I did the 20 minute Ritual I was HOOKED! It simply felt good.
For 20 years before Qi Gong I had managed to live with my Bad Back. One year of Qi Gong practice and my Bad Back was only something to talk about. I no longer hurt. It has not been a problem ever again. I can tell you this however you can’t know that I’m being truthful or simply boasting.
Well let me say, “I Keep Practicing Qi Gong 18 Style because I do not want to revert to being a person with Back Trouble”. As I write that I wonder. Am I motivated by Fear of the Past or the Promise of the Future? Hummm. Something to Think About.
