Student returns to Qi Gong 18 Style Ritual and re-discovers benefits.

Thumbnail Yin_Yang_PatchMy dog and I were out for a walk this morning. Along the way we encountered a neighbor who had attended our Qi Gong 18 Style class a year and a half ago. During our conversation He mentioned he had maintained a regular Qi Gong 18 Style Ritual practice for a time, then like many, he simply got “too busy” to do the Ritual.

During our conversation, he told me that he and his wife have started practicing the Qi gong 18 Style Ritual again. “I can’t believe how many muscles I can feel while doing the practice. I sit at a desk all day so I’m not getting any exercise. I just can’t believe the improvement in such a short time”.

As I walked on down the street I felt proud to have received this unsolicited positive feed back from a former student. Qi Gong DOES make a difference in your life!

Qi Gong 18 Style DVD is on it’s way

Qi Gong 18 Style DVD is on it’s way

 

The new DVD version of Qi Gong 18 Style for Health & Longevity is in production. We are busy writing the script and designing the “story board” for this project. The studio has been reserved and the graphic designer is working on the elements for the package and the menu.

 

We will be shooting on November 29th then into the editing process for a couple of weeks. It is our desired outcome to have the new DVD ready for you on the New Year.
