Qi Gong 18 Style Who is your Best Teacher?

Performing Qi Gong 18 Style Ritual

Qi Gong 18 Style Who is your Best Teacher?

You will often hear me say, “Of all the teachers I have studied with my Best Qi Gong 18 Style Teacher has been the Ritual practiced regularly”.

When you practice the 20 minute Ritual on a regular Daily basis you will learn many things about yourself, your emotions, your suppressed memories and more. As you repeat the steps of the ritual each day, you will become acutely aware of how your body feels. You will often notice improvement in your flexibility, strength, balance. Perhaps you will become aware of blockages. All of this guides you down the path to an improved You!

In fact, the ‘teacher’ revealed to me how to be more balanced and in better alignment. While strengthening my muscles, the daily ritual also taught me how to move, stand and sit to better support my spine. These lessons cured my Bad Back in the first year of practicing the Ritual daily. That was over 20 years ago and my back has never bothered me since.

You will also learn, as I have, that life is less stressful and more peaceful with consistent daily ritual practice. Your attitude will become more tolerant. You will feel peace, joy and satisfaction. All from only 20 minutes a day Ritual practice .

Just yesterday, when asked if she was seeing any benefit from Qi Gong 18 Style, a student shared that her family has been encouraging her to come to class and to do the Ritual because she is less “Barky”. I think she wanted to use another B word but didn’t want to label herself.

To know what Qi Gong 18 Style will do for you is simple. Download the Video and start your regular Ritual practice. Commit to doing it for 90 days. Then decide, Is It Worth for you? My bet is you will continue and create your best self.

The Four Foundations for Qi Gong 18 Style Ritual

The Four Foundations for The Qi Gong 18 Style Ritual are:

1) Stand with your Feet Parallel and Shoulder Width apart. Knees are slightly flexed. Hands are at your side.  Your index fingers  should be along the side seams, if you have one, of your pants.

2) Place the tip of your tongue on the roof of your mouth where it will remain for the entire Ritual. You will Inhale and Exhale through your nostrils.

3) Inhale into your Dan Tien, an area below the navel. To locate your Dan Tien, place your pointer finger one hand at your navel.  With the the four fingers of the other hand extended  place them under the pointer finger. Move the pointer finger down to the bottom of the four fingers and move them away. The pointer finger is now pointing to your Dan Tien. Breath here, inhaling moves the belly out, exhaling moves it in. As you are Inhaling imagine the breath starting at your perineum then moving up the spine and over the top of your head flowing into the nostrils. As you Exhale imagine the breath moving down the midline of your body to the Dan Tien, then letting going internally back to the perineum. Remember to have the tip of the tongue on the roof of the mouth as you breath in and out through your nostrils.

4) Breathing is always: Inhale Up, Exhale Down. Inhale Open, Exhale Closed. Inhale to the Left, Exhale to the Right. Exhale Out, Inhale In. Imagine how your lungs expand and compress during the movements, expanding with the inhale, compressing with the exhale.

As you begin your daily Ritual Practice, you may have difficulty remembering these Four Foundation pieces. It takes time and practice to develop the cellular memory allowing these Foundation pieces to simply be a part of your practice. No  Thought is Required. Keep doing the Ritual until it is You.

QiGong 18 Style & Me

I’m a Qi Gong 18 Style Addict. I admit it and am proud to be one.  It all started in 1993 and I have practiced Qi Gong 18 Style every day since. From the beginning as the years ticked by my practice evolved.
Qi Gong 18 Style Ritual became my Teacher, helping me perfect the moves and breathing.
I started teaching Qi Gong Class by first introducing Qi Gong to my yoga students at the end of yoga class. They asked for more. Of course I obliged and classes for Qi Gong 18 Style began.Classes have never stopped. In fact I do not teach Yoga any longer although I have continued my own asana practice along with Qi Gong.
Everyone knows that I do Qi Gong and it keeps me going. I am healthy, strong, sharp, peaceful and centered. Whenever I meet people I am always telling them to try it. They all tell me how much they appreciate what Qi Gong 18 Style is doing for them; what changes they have experienced. I could fill a book telling all of the remarkable “healings” that have been brought about with the regular practice of the Qi Gong 18 Style Ritual. Perhaps the book will happen on another day. For now, I will keep telling everyone and anyone I encounter the value they can gain and all I have received from this simple, easy 20 minute Ritual Qi Gong 18 Style for Health & Longevity I am afraid to stop the practice.
