I have practiced Qi Gong 18 Style for many years to create flexibility and strength. My primary goal when starting my practice was to alleviate the chronic low back pain that I had suffered with for many years. The good news is that it worked. After about a year of regular practice, my low back pain was GONE and has never returned.
During that year, I established a regular ritual practice of Qi Gong 18 Style. I began to feel so good that I simply kept on doing it. As time went by, I began to realize that I did not have the same mobility problems, health problems or attitude problems that many of my contemporaries were having. Could it be that the practice of Qi Gong 18 Style was keeping me physically fit, emotionally stable and mentally alert? Well, that was the conclusion I arrived at, so I just kept on practicing and enjoying the benefits of an established practice that contributes to my longevity and brings balance to all aspects of my being.
