Renew, Refresh & Revitalize.

It boosts my enthusiasm for Qi Gong 18 Style when I receive un-solicited testimonials from former student.  This came as a comment on my Facebook post yesterday.

It is from Alice P. who lives in rural Wyoming. She is commenting on the statement I made that Qi Gong 18 Style will Renew, Refresh and Revitalize you if you have a regularly practice the ritual.
