The difference between a Good Day and a Not So Good Day for me is related to my commitment to the Qi Gong 18 Style Ritual. Each day that I start by performing my Ritual Qi Gong Practice is a Good Day. I am armed to handle what ever arises with out undue stress, worry, or fear. I am prepared and in tune with the Qi Gong Energy of the Universe. It is available to me all of the time, however the Qi Gong Ritual strengthens my connection, allows the Energy of the Universe to flow to me abundantly.
The practice of Qi Gong is to develop within the practisioner the ability to have Qi (Energy of the Universe) flowing freely within the Internal Meridians and also within the External Meridians. When Qi flows smoothly Life is Balanced, Smooth, Peaceful, Energized and so on. As the Yin Yang Symbol symbolises , Yin is always moving agains Yang and Yang is always moving against Yin . They each are working at dominating. The Qi Gong practice develops the uniform flow of this energy. The Practice Balances this Energy, Controls the Energy. Creates a Balanced life for the practicioner that leads to Balance in every aspect of life and living.
This Ritual Practice has worked for me over the last 24 plus years. Many times I have been in a situation where I needed to act. Act correctly, no margin for error, and I had a hunch (Inspiration) which was the perfect solution at that time. These have not been couscious thoughts. They were Gifts – Gifts from the Universe – Inspirations to keep my life in Balance, Peace etc. Because this happens frequently for me I am truly afraid to not maintain my Daily Qi Gong 18 Style Ritual Practice. Tap into the Qi Gong Energy of The Universe. I do it because I do not want to know what would happen if I did not.
