Preparing for the Flagstaff Yoga Festival, July 30,31 and August 1. Julia and I will be presenting Qi Gong 18 Style on Saturday and Sunday. Here is a new Brochure for the DVD.

I have been a Qi Gong practioner since 1993. Taught classes and also worked with Chronic Pain Patients for Kaiser Permanente as well as patients with Heart and Respiratory conditions.
