Share Your Qi Gong Experience

As I do my daily ritual practice of Qi Gong 18 Style, over time I seem to modify the movements just a bit.  I wonder if this shift is my body telling me I need to move differently or is it that I have become lax in the dicipline?  I do not know the answer, however I feel it is more a matter of my not staying focused on the movement.

The Qi Gong 18 Style Ritual has always been my best teacher. When I have the awareness of not doing a movement as it was originally taught I make the assumption that I have drifted off course and make a conscious effort to perform the movement as I was taught by my Master.

I do find that when I have an adjustment in my body, the movements seem to be “different”, but they are still correct and only feel like they have changed because I have changed.
