This has nothing to do with Qigong 18 Style however, it has everything to do with it, Qigong 18 Style is a life style for health and longevity.Another part of your lifestyle is what you eat.

 

You will find that as you practice Qigong 18 Style, you develop an increased awareness of your body and how you react to situations and conditions. You will become more aware of the effect on your body of what you eat.

 

Last October, I encountered Dr. Steven R Gundry, MD and his views on how and what we should eat for health and longevity.  I thought the message he gave made sense, so I began to live his “Diet Evolution”.  Well, let me tell you, now after 4 months of this life style, I cannot believe how much better I feel and the amount of energy I have.
